List it. $2,500
As a licensed Realtor®, it is our duty to be the fiduciary to our clients. This service is exactly that. We will use our technology platform, industry and market experience to negotiate and represent you to the best of our ability throughout the life of the transaction. We will however not be available to be on site and any additional services will be charged on a per hour basis.
Do it all. $7,500
This is our full service offering. It includes everyone that is a part of the ‘List it’ fiduciary service in addition to professional photography, listing within the MLS and syndicated websites, promotion, and paid advertising. A licensed Realtor® will also be on site for multiple appointments as well.
